In the core dashboard, club all sidebars task related under a collapsible. Use Bootstrap ones.

Is this really required ? It'll break the whole setup for dajax and will have to edit quite a lot (possible, but painful). As the html-dom structure is taken into account while doing javascript stuff (i.e. li > ul > #abcd)

Completed in 98299c3bd5a8ec46e687870de560630a321080f1 Made it colorful and did a bit of css work also ...
