Request: Music Control Plugin #3

Just a simple request for a music control plugin, that relies on the MPRIS dbus standard. There's a similar Decky plugin, however it seems abandoned, and was removed today due to issues with their loader. Having a similar plugin in Open Gamepad UI could lead to a better supported and stable alternative.
