glibc-compat/include/machine/endian.h:

        (((x && 0xff) << 24) | \  // !!!! typo? should be "x & 0xff)
         (((x) << 8) & 0x00ff0000) | \
         (((x) >> 8) & 0x0000ff00) | \
         ((x) >> 24) )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
glibc-compat 0.1
