[1.12.2] Coagulated Plant Ball recipe issues #72

JEI tells me that 2x2 plants will give me two balls, and 3x3 plants will give me five balls, Something's gone wrong and any combination of two or more plants will give me five balls. A single, or more once again, nether or end plant makes five balls. This is all with plants installed on its own. I even tested without JEI.

There's another likely related issue where any single plant gives five balls when I have other mods installed.

Issue resolved in Placebo 1.3.1
