possible solution: -If there were NO default tasks, just perform the list addition for the previous list and that's it.

• if there were ONLY default tasks (only case for list not to be empty), just do a blanket copy and paste if u will since last login up until the day b4 the current day.
• of there were BOTH default and single-time tasks, the last day of login, gets both, then the rest up until the day b4 the current day is a blanket copy and paste of the default tasks
