Colored glows can now be defined at model level through flags.
Previously the only models featuring a glow effect were a very specific hardcoded set of models.
The occurrence and color of the glow was based on the model filename.
Now it's possible to make any model glow by setting the corresponding flag in the model's mdl file.
5 possible colors : red, green, blue, yellow, purple
