[Reopened from develop branch] Upgrade all projects to dotnet 6 (except DockerFile and Docker-compose) #454

Upgrade all projects from dotnet 5 to dotnet 6 with some code-smells and removed some unused packages, and update all packages (with some exceptions below).

Note: It needs install dotnet 6 runtime into the server

I hope that be all well.

Note 2: To upgrade the FluentValidation package and this other, we needs review this calls

Further improve: Remove NewtonSoft.Json, upgrade DockerFile and Docker-compose, upgrade FluentValidation
