Alt-I IMAGE popup should allow only one total popup even if pressed multiple times #394

Press Alt-I to bring up IMAGE popup Note: popup appears Load local graphic and send to IMAGE server Note: graphic is visible in popup window (good) Press Alt-I again Note: second popup appears (no graphic showing - good) Expect: first popup disappears when second is brought up

@Cybernide An alternative would be to have it bring up the original panel again, with the graphic still showing, but my assumption is that pressing Alt-I should bring up a clean, new popup. Please weigh in if that is not the case...

Issue fixed by https://github.com/Shared-Reality-Lab/IMAGE-browser/commit/a5f165b587cb45ac412f6f9aa95962ac52bea9aa. Fix available in latest nightly build
