start work on migrate button functionality #121

Still needs the tokenMigrator and SGTv2 ABI from https://github.com/chimera-defi/SharedDeposit/tree/main/data/abi
And needs to be wired into the contracts using the ABI and address.
And tested, this code isnt even functional afaik.
