Implement Windows builds and fixed lib for windows #1

This PR adds a functioning Windows build.

It also changes the update_profile function slightly by making it take both window title and process at the same time so the keyboard cant get stuck on a default profile should one of the 2 not match after the first one did match an entry from the profile list.
