SW: batch on sw, single requests on client => faster individual responses #72

on the client, use tRPC httpLink (no batching)
on the server, use tRPC 10.29, which has streaming enabled
on the service-worker
- if in cache, respond w/ cache
- otherwise batch
- 2 levels of priority: high for httpLink requests, low for sw-trpc-revalidate revalidation messages
- deduplication: with simple string comparison => strict equality of endpoint and of serialized input json
- handle streamed response to resolve requests asap
