Describe the problem you faced A user reported success in creating multiple GitHub issues (#5, #6, #7, #8, #9) through a Slack shortcut. However, there seems to be an issue with the shortcut as it has created multiple unnecessary issues.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use the Slack shortcut for creating a GitHub issue
  2. Check if multiple issues are created instead of one

Expected behavior A single GitHub issue should be created per execution of the Slack shortcut.

Additional context The user reported the issue along with the links to the created GitHub issues.
