FOUND THE SOLUTION,CHANGE THE COMPATIBILITY MODE TO WINDOWS 7 AND IT WORKS

@Rafuc Can confirm, this worked for me as well. More detailed explanation for people who don't know how to use compaitibility mode:

Right click the Nemesis executable (Nemesis Unlimited Behavior Engine.exe) -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for" -> Select "Windows 7" -> OK -> Start the Nemesis executable as per usual
