[x] ~~Use CCP's data dump rather than the current proprietary system~~ - Scrapped.
[x] Implement ccpwgl - it should be obvious what the purpose of this is. https://github.com/ccpgames/ccpwgl

Added ccpwgl functionality.

This is the first release and as such certain things are not 100%.

~~Ship boosters are currently off until I load them based on the ship.~~
~~All ships are displayed on the same background until I load them based on race.~~
The default camera distance isn't the best for all ships.
~~Hulk & Covetor don't seem to load.~~

CCP Data dump? Not started work. Pheal? Not started work.

I'm losing faith in the CCP data dump, it looks like invTypes has moved to yaml for the future, I'm not prepared to support this so will probably scrap this part of Project v6™.
