reseed workflow #160

When a router is having connection issues it will prompt the user to reseed.

The Reseed button appears in the side bar. Pressing it initiates a fetching process "fetching reseeds"

However, once it is done, it only says "Reseed successful, fetched xx router infos"

There is no follow up that instructs a person to restart the router, and the reseed button is persistent which makes it looks like you need to reseed again or like it did not work.
