Restore cli-kit dependency

WHY are these changes introduced?

https://github.com/Shopify/cli/pull/4770 is currently blocked because of a failure when trying to resolve @shopify/cli-kit on CI. I believe this is caused by a switch from cli-kit to cli in https://github.com/Shopify/hydrogen/pull/2617

This PR is restoring the @shopify/cli-kit dependency
