Bump compileSdkVersion of Android plugins to latest stable (34) #93

I'd like to request android plugin share_handler_android to be bumped to compileSdkVersion 34.

Currently share_handler_android is compiled against Android SDK 31, which results in this SDK always downloaded (Learn more about this issue here).
