Error message has a typo for grade in command "adda" #19

This error message provided is very misleading as it says the grade should be a decimal number NOT between 0 and 100. That is definitely not possible for a grade.

In this case, I could give the following grade as shown below according to the specifications of the error message and still be deterred from adding an assignment.

This is especially the case, because it contradicts the grade specifications given in the UG.
