Edit data.md: Added microbes from a previous study.

👋🏿 I have added a few microbes from the past study. I don't think they serve the criteria so well. Might want to replace a couple with ones of similar names but have reported antibiotic resistance. (Noticed the microbes are there like you said.) Just proceed with drug resistant variants of the same microbes if possible.

Alright, just hope we can get alternatives with drug resistance for the old ones.
