Which TE grating coupler should we use for Open-EBL #92

Deer staff in SiEPIC

May I ask should we use the grating coupler from the SIEPIC PDK (-31 degree, designed by Yun Wang), or should use that from ANT PDK(+8 degree) .

Either. We actually replace them with one that has been calibrated for the process.
