Data table for deliveries: Outbreak column empty #788

In the data table for deliveries, the outbreak column is empty. Instead, the column should show true/false values. This behaviour does not appear for any of the other columns that are shown as true/false

Data table for deliveries now shows the according true/false values for outbreak. Done.

Tested in Firefox on Windows system.
