Remove references to Constants.PROPERTIES and remove Constants.PROPERTIES (from src/app/tracing/util/constants.ts) Reason: Information within Constants.PROPERTIES is provided within other (more specific) data structures.

Constants are used in

src/app/tracing/dialog/station-properties/station-properties.component.ts
src/app/tracing/dialog/station-properties/delivery-properties.component.ts
