Add landing page to Tracing View #850

As I user, when opening the Tracing View, I would like to be motivated to try out FCL Web and would like to be guided towards loading an example dataset or own data. Please add a motivating landing page to the canvas of the Tracing View.

The text could be "Welcome to FCL Web! Let‘s get started by loading an example dataset or uploading your own data." in grey font (RGB 166/166/166) and font type "Roboto".

The pale coloured FCL logo should be displayed above the text.

Logo and text is shown. Very nice! Done.

Tested in Firefox (128.3.1esr (64-Bit)) and Chrome (Version 130.0.6723.59 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)) on Windows system.
