Update xlsx library #344

The xlsx library v0.18.5 is a mibi-server dependency and has a high vulnerability and cannot be fixed currently. Check the xlsx github repository for more info, e.g. here

The library needs to be updated or exchanged against some other appropriate lib. xlsx is hightly used to process the excel sheets.
