Make chairs in houses useful

Tea-drinking in houses has been enabled already... but further work is needed.

COMPLETE:

• Drink tea in house chairs (but not chapel/barbershop/etc)
• Drink only in houses that match the social class
• A new tea-drinking memory with a lower bonus than the pub version is needed (maybe even a negative impact?)
• Give higher priority for pub drinking

TODO:

• Make a new job+memory set just for resting in a chair (non-tea)
• Look through sitting animations and see if there is anything unused to play with!!!
• ????

There are quite a few unused animations for sitting as well. Adding jobs for reading, writing, etc. would be a good idea... eventually folded into interesting events.

Regarding reading/writing in chairs: there is no open book model, so that's a no-go until one is made and placing something on the table is implemented.

Tea should be expanded:

• If someone else is around, use a slightly happy memory
• If nobody is around, continue to use depressing memory
• If colonist has the hermit trait, weight the memory choice on that

Expansion relating to hermit trait stuff should be extended to pub drinking as well.
