Handoff Document

As a developer, I want to create a handoff packet for the project to help next years group transition nicely into working on the project.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Take feedback from draft of the handoff document and make any changes/additions that are necessary
• Ensure whole team is satisfied with final product

Definition of Done:

• Acceptance Criteria have been met
• Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
