Is it the build with viaversion implemented? If yes, are you using viaversion above 1.16.4?

Yes, and it's happening on all versions.

the issue is bc on the released build the viaversion got broken and clientside the client is thinkin the version got changed but server-side you still spoofing 1.16.4.
