Styling changes frontend Afvalstoffendienst #88

Top bar The bar at the top should look similar to the Afvalstoffendienst website (https://www.afvalstoffendienst.nl/home)

Blue bar (colorcode CMYK C100 M75 Y0 K40 en voor RGB R3 G50 B108 (PMS281C))
Orange bar (colorcode CMYK C0 M70 Y100 K0 en voor RGB R236 G102 B8 (PMS166C))
Logo

Bottom bar The bar at the bottom (Lukt het niet om een melding te doen?) is now grey

Grey should be changed to Blue (colorcode CMYK C100 M75 Y0 K40 en voor RGB R3 G50 B108 (PMS281C))

Logo AFV-logo-links-fc

There is also highres logo of AFV available in ai or eps format. Unfortunately I can't upload those formats. If needed please contact me.
