Seems to have a problem with group exclude when it's not set to zero; with arena map it will crash the mapcycle. The bug seems to come randomly, it sometimes disappear after a tf2 update, only to come back for reasons that are unknown to me; either when you make changes in your mapcycle or add a new plugin, i don't know precisely, and when it's back, it won't go away until it's somehow resolved.
