[x] Update documentation for creating apps
[x] Readme for all apps
[x] Finish all electron api's Stretto requires
[x] Tests for finished electron api's
[x] Include Stretto with Silk
[x] Send ready command to Silk when app calls browserWindow.loadURL
[x] Create changelog
[x] Run npm install if missing dependencies
[x] Update website
[x] Move roadmap to doc folder or website
[x] Make server api's available to apps in new app framework
[x] Improve install time
- [x] Replace nw.js with electron (much smaller file)
[x] Create boilerplate for new apps
