New exported methods #3701

Exported some functions.
Added 2 functions to getContext()
Added ANBefore&ANAfter fields to getWorldInfoPrompt method. This could be done by checking all entries. But I prefer method returns. Let me know if I need to change.
Added custom params to some functions. Nothing complicated.

What is my purpose?

I'm rebuilding chat prompt:

text completion: instruct, context, sysprompt
chat completion: preset (using promp and prompt_order)
