Google's systems have decided that Heads-up violates a guideline regarding disclosure of "Device Admin" permission usage. Therefore, they have removed Heads-up from Google Play, despite me updating the app a long time ago to ensure compliance with this policy change.
Heads-up, is still secure and respects your privacy. The removal seems purely related to the wording of a permission request. For 95% of you, Heads-up doesn't even need this permission, and doesn't request it either. It is only used to ensure a smooth experience for the last 5% too (typically people who are stuck with old and buggy Android versions).

While I sort that out with Google and figure out what happened, you can download the app from https://github.com/SimenCodes/heads-up/releases/tag/v1.13 or any other app store you like.
