Request: Lobby UI Redesign

Description

A problem with servers attempting to differentiate to Wizden; is that all servers look the same. Same UI, same colour scheme. As well as this, it just looks lame and a breath of uniqueness would be really cool.

Requirements:

• [ ] All buttons still exist, are functional and comfortable to use.
• [ ] UI noticeably different; buttons change location.
• [ ] The right side of the lobby screen should still be covered if possible. Some lobby arts leave that as empty space.
• [ ] A different colour pallet.
• [ ] The colour pallet supports playing at night time; as many 14 players do.
• [ ] Extra buttons (optional)
• [ ] Character Creation is a larger presence, to guide players towards creating their character before jumping straight in.
