Keep Inventory Permission #23

Describe the bug I can add -grimreaper.keepinventory to a op and they just dont drop items ever but non ops do... This is a huge problem for me.

Error 0 Errors

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add -grimreaper.keepinventory to ops
  2. Kill them and loot corpse, you don't get items.

Expected behavior A permission fix
