Need to run autoconf #4

Hi,

Please add run autoconf to your installation directions between the git clone and ./configure.

I ran into this same need with libsnert, milter-null, and milter-spiff when compiling and installing on multiple systems yesterday. The rest of the install went smoothly.

This documentation fix probably applies to other SnertSoft milters than those mentioned here.
