CSS widget: print option does not work on bootstrap #1689

Steps to reproduce:

  1. drop CSS widget on a page based on Bootstrap template
  2. edit widget
  3. set some CSS
  4. choose "Select media types..."
  5. check "print" option
  6. publish and view page
  7. Ctrl + p for printing this page As a result: css is not applied on page based on bootstrap, but it work ok on hybrid page

Verified with IE edge. In chrome the style is not applied for both hybrid and bootstrap
