Long computation time warning dialog for long running processes #104

A number of long running processes soak up a lot of computer power.  For a new 
user (or someone unfamiliar with how n-gram works etc.) this is not always 
obvious.

I'd like to propose a friendly dialog displaying an estimated time to complete, 
and requesting the users confirmation that they wish to proceed.  e.g. "This 
process will take x minutes on this machine.  Do you wish to proceed? OK. 
Cancel".
