AC-01 Create alternative connection string to Azure SQL Database that MSAccess can connect to this DB.

AC-02 Connect MSAccess (the sample) to Azure SQL Database

AC-03 Bind the Datatables from Azure SQL Datatabse to MSAccess

Ac-04 Forward it to Axegaz (Alfonso)
