Emily's Balthazar talk can trigger without Balth being dead. The proposed changes take care of two cases:

  1. Balthazar is defeated
  2. Balthazar sides with the player, which is part of the Ascension mod (and by that widely played - not to consider it would block the final romance dialog) Global BalthazarFights being1 covers that case.
