SCAG pg 151: "Skill Proficiencies: Persuasion, plus one from among Arcana, History, Nature, and Religion, as appropriate for your order"

This background only allows the user to pick from Arcana, Nature and Religion.

Fix I use at home:

Open COM_5ePack_SCAG - Backgrounds.user Select Background
Select bck5CSKoO Edit Skill Choices Select History.
