It had no code in it so I added some. I add in code from finesse adjustment All onehanded weapon that are not twoweapon, martial or already had finesse get finesse. Next Longsword get finesse. Rapier already is. custom.txt

I'm uncertain where the Charisma +1 come from in the text of the added feat. It's not in the code I added nor is it in the former code f5CBladesi.
