The air elemental slam use STR and a +3 bonus to attack/damage. After looking up the stats seems the air elemental use DEX for slam not STR and a +3 bonus. https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/air-elemental The fire elemental use these tags to change to DEX. DamageOver aDEX and MelAttOver aDEX in natural attacks. Suggest same for Air ele and the math work out.

Closing this issue as it will be addressed alongisde a bunch of other incorrect SRD monster stats. See #1029.
