After I configured using avatar, the list will show the initial first. It will update only after I scroll.
I think if user configured using avatar, we should not use the initial? It looks strange that mixing both image and username initial for avatars. Instead maybe we could use a light color placeholder? Also, the image should be shown without scrolling.
