Generating new key before current one expires #9

Describe the bug Some services (e.g. AWS) require that two consecutive keys be entered in order to enroll in MFA: image

As far as I can tell, this isn't currently possible with OpenAuthenticator, as there's no way to generate a new key without waiting for the old one to expire.

For now, I'm moving to KeePass, but figured I'd let you know :)

Well, does it work if you enter the first key, wait for regeneration, then enter the new key ?
