Refactor borg affection module #28830

About The Pull Request

Refactors the borg affection module code to use the items_to_add list and also removes the restriction to wide borgs which many anthro ones I've interacted with complain about.

How This Contributes To The Skyrat Roleplay Experience

Lets the anthro borgs get licky

you know this was kinda on me. I didnt realize the affection module was already working perfectly fine.
