Open advanced portfolio manager (/webapps/SlatePortfolioManager/#/?area=ELA&students=group%3Astudents) and select a cell with an empty top portfolio (e.g. anything after the first row in Clarisa Cross' column)
In another tab, open the competency dashboard (/cbl/dashboards/demonstrations/teacher#ELA/group:example_school) and input a demonstration within the portfolio selected in step 1
Return to the first tab and proceed to try and delete the portfolio, you should see an error that the portfolio must be emptied first
What happened
The delete portfolio button is now stuck disabled, even if you select another cell
What should happen instead
The delete portfolio button should be re-enabled after a failed delete, or at least when a new selected cell loads portfolios
