Dear @nslavov : Thank you very much for your contribution to single-cell mass spectrometry data. I am very interested in the available data in this field and would like to study this data. Could you provide a link to access this mass spectrometry data ?https://scp.slavovlab.net/Galatidou_et_al_2024 After clicking on this website, it will display 404 Not Found

Dear @nslavov ： Thanks for your reply. The website can be accessed normally, but the processed data inside (https://github.com/SlavovLab/single_cell_oocyte/blob/main/Oocyte_paper_sets.xlsx) cannot be accessed. After clicking, it shows 404 Not Found.
I would also like to inquire about the source of the annotation.csv and batch.csv files used in the SCoPE2_analysis.R script from the link (https://github.com/SlavovLab/SCoPE2/tree/master/code). I am interested in replicating and modifying the raw data for my research. Thank you very much for your patient answer. Looking forward to your reply. Best wishes
