the message for already existing highlights doesn't work

Looks good now, maybe also add the message content as embed filed (abbreviated)

I think that's too much for such a simple feature. Otherwise it becomes too confusing

Why would it be confusing to see the message that mentioned the phrase. I think it would be much more convenient if you can see the message directly without having to click on the message link to see the actual context
