Garrus Romance, help! #45

So I'm trying to romance Garrus from a save I'd downloaded and used (Which says 
it romanced him previously) And he just won't load the dialogue! He was doing 
it before on my last save. (Which I accidentally deleted) I'm completely new to 
everything, so I have absolutely no clue how to fix this. Please help~
