no git-worktree on sdil #5

when pushing to sdil, it says remote: git: 'worktree' ist kein Git-Kommando. Siehe 'git --help'.

close this issue, once worktrees work and have been tested

Please put low prio on the SDIL ticket if not stricktly necessary!
